Poor handling customer services

I had travelled from Air deccan flight DN 666 dt 21.6.2007 from Delhi to Mumbai. My one suit case has been broken and inspite of repeated request over phone, sms and written no body is responding and last month they hv sent my broken suitcase (aristocrat) after repairing. Your mumbai office did not respond me seriously and neither replaced the suit case nor compensate the same and I have to suffer physical, monetary and mental loss for which Air deccan is responsible that too after giving false assurance.
