No network on airtel post paid mobile 919975711616

I purchesed one post paid no 9975711616 of airtel .since very first day I got network problem and i had given this comlaint time to time;but no one turn up to me Atlast i have taken another connection from some other operator.

My request is if idid not get any service why should i pay the bill but had paid so much.

so kindly cancil my no as early as possible and waweoff the out standing bill. THANKING YOU
