This is regarding the flight delayed for 12 hours IX 383 from Manglore to Dubai on 22nd Oct.
No wonder this airline is in deep shit. Because they have a bunch of jokers who are utterly disorganise, lack simple co-ordination and are zero on service.
The passengers were stranded for 12 hours at the airport with no proper information, passed and then locked from one room to another. What did they thought we were there to holiday at the airport with family and kids.?
Few missed their day salary, others missed important meetings/seminar. My family and kids felt sick. To add to that, the toilets were stinking and unhygienic. The whole experience was sickening. We blame the airlines for this. Yes, i forgot there was lunch. 12 hours and one piece of meal? some didn't even had that. Why were we not diverted to Dubai via Mumbai.
And all the ground staff was doing was passing the buck onto others. "They are late, they gave us this information, the problem is from their side", these kind of unprofessional excuses. What happened to service. There were babies, kids, elderly people among the stranded passengers.
I am not requesting, but demanding and as I had purchased the ticket I am entitled for an explanation, compensation and those accountable should be taken to task for troubles we had. Why we have to pay for the mistakes that happens in your organisation.
