Debited my account but cancelled tickets saying non-availability

Hi,

I had booked 7 flight tickets (Transaction Id A112240) of Kingfisher Airlines on 7th January, 09 through arzoo.com and they debited my credit card account for Rs 23, 307 . Later they called me to say that they would not be able to book the tickets and the amount would get credited at a later date.

Please advise if I can take any legal action against any of the corporations
