Not attending complaint last ten days

I have lodge complaint no. 1215796 4days back regardig not receiving proper signals. the complaint is liying in complent book again i lodge complaint on 16th oct no 1238182 it was told it will resolve till 13.30 (17/10) till no progress. so now I am of the openion customer should not go for air tail dish.
