TODAY I HAVE LOST MY MOBILE WITH SIM. MY MOBILE NUMBER IS 9897171666. I MADE A COMPLAINT ABOUT THAT TO CUSTOMER CARE PERSON AND REQUESTED HIM TO LOCK THE SIMCARD. HE ADVICED ME TO GET A DUPLICATE SIMCARD FOR THE SAME NUMBER. I PURCHASED A NEW DUPLICATE SIMCARD IMMEDIATELY. HE TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD ACTIVATE THE SIM WITHIN TWO HRS. BUT STILL THE SIM IS NOT ACTIVATED. I WANT TO CONFORM WHETHER THE OLD SIM IS LOCKED OR NOT. I MADE CALLS SEVERAL TIMES.BUT NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMERCARE. PLEASE REPLY ME AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE ABOUT THE ABOVE MENTIONED PROBLEM AND ALSO WHEN WILL U ACTIVATE THE NEW SIMCARD?
