I have got a dispute bill againt my name which has a usage of ISD calls, which I have never asked to activate. this is a dispute bill of abount 14000/-. now they are mentally harassing me to fill the bill. My bill was rising abruptly at the start of the month may. So i inquired about that. They did not provide me any information at that time. Now they hasve given me a detail bill which is having mostly ISD calls. I have never done any ISD calls. and never asked for activation of ISD facility onmy number. when I ogt a bill of Rs 8000, I asked them to disconnect my number. but they have not done yet and my bill now has reached upto Rs 14000. Even they have not put a temorary termination on my number inspite of that my usaGE LIMIT was just Rs 2000. airtel by them self incresed it to Rs 9000. and now when it has reached upto Rs 14000. even then they has not terminated my outgoing calls. I have never asked
them to increase my usage limit. I request you to please take appropriate action againt them.
