Airtel bill
Variation in Bill amount

Dear Sir,

From the date of launching of Airtel at Sivasagar, Assam I bear my Cell No 9954432018.

I use to get wrong bill amount inspite of changing the Bill Plan.

On 3.10.08 my bill amount was Rs.162.25

On 4.10.08 my bill amount raised to Rs.199.25; wheares only a single call was done for36 Sec. only

On 5.10.08 my bill amount rised to Rs.201.25:while there was no call in or out.

I am having this problem for many months inspite of giving complain to 121 & 9954012345 via SMS.

Please do the needful so that I get the exact Bill Amount, since I am paying more then actual now.
