Dear Sir,

This is to inforn your office that we have four airtel numbers and we have complaints as follows:

9970432211 which belongs to my father who is 87 years old, he does not use SMS atall, yet he gets bill for SMS, no other uses his phone. Please ammend the bill hence forth and adjust the balance in the next months bill. Please delit the VALUE PLAN fixed Charges.

There is one more number 919970523770, this number has music which we do not desire to have as every month Rs30/ is being charged. We had phoned several times to remove this music, which in the initial stage was free, after one month it is being additionally charged.

Please note the points about these numbers. and acknowledge the same.
