Not getting deactivated after several requests

Airtel is not making me unsubscribe the bollywood fusion feature offered through their Airtel live system. My number is 91 9831288588. I make several attempt but all failed and the comapny is illigally charging me Rs 15 every month.

I want to lodge a complaint against Airtel.
