I am usine airtle broadband with fixed line for the past 10 months without any problems but for the post one week I am facing network problem and the same also informed to you over phone, but your staff says, your lines are in perfect. fixed line also some times totally dead (42155437) due to this I am not able to check my mails properly and not able to contact my relatives, they are in abroad. Therefore once again, I request you to registrer a complaint and take imediate steps to clear the complaint
