I had applied for a new connection of airtel broadband about 20 days ago and an executive named ubaid came to my home ad took my documents but i didnt gave me any reply for a week then one day some wiring man came and wired the connection and told me that some technical people would come and start up my connection then i called up ubaid and told him about that he told me that he was not well and gave me the contact number of mr mukesh patel his team leader he told me that it would take barely a day or two now it has been almost 10 days they both are not picking up my call when i went to the airtel office those people told me to contact them but they are not replying can anyone please tell me what to do
