Hello Sir/Madam,
I am have a broadband connection with Airtel since 3 years and since Sept I have a very wierd problem where in they are not updating their personalised site where I can view my broadband charges and pay them online. I have been filing customer requests and then getting the bill by force. As the billing cycle is from 25th of every month to 24th of the subsequent month, even after 2nd or 3rd, I dont get the soft copy of the bill. If, register for the hard copy of the bill, it takes at least one week to get the same. Hence, I requested them to provide me with soft copy of the broadband bill. I have approached the nodal officer twice and she promised that this issue does not repeat again. But their has been no end to this. They also command me to pay the bill ontime inspite of me not getting the bill on time.
Please advise me what is the protection I have in the above regard. India is so technologically forward and this MNC company cannot give me the bill on time before 30th of every month as I have the deadline to reimburse my broadband bill by 3rd of every month. Shame on the company and its technology.
