I had submitted documents and Instalation amount (By cheque of RS 1500) for a new airtel Broadband connection on 03/08. As per the process i was told that i would get connection within 7 days. On 10th of august the cheque amount was cleared from my bank but still the connection is not yet provided till 13/08.
when i enquired after so many attempts the concern person Mr Anil PH (919880579118) told me that they are trying to install but local people are not allowing them to instal some DP.
I would like to know is it my responsibility to get the instalation done. He says that they have permission for diging and installing DP but they are failing to do so.
why should i suffer it is the reponsibilty of airtel to complete the installtion process. as far as i am concern i was told that they provide service at the place where i am situated. The same is alse mention on the airtel website.
Moreover since 7th August i was told by Anil that they are puting wire for connection it will be done by the evening. This use to be a False commitment from him as everyday he use to commit but nothing use to happen.
