Bill Paid but not credited

I paid (2500 & 4500) bill for two numbers (9008520520 & 9008519191) respectively on 21/10/08 through my friends debit card. i was been told that it will be credited in 48 hours. But it has not been credited till date. i kept on lodging complaint with Airtel Cusotmer care and they kept on giving me some or other date. but nothing has not been done till date. In addition to this they keep on sending messages and calling me to make the payment for enjoying the uninterrupted services and interrupt in my day to day schedule. Due to this i am not able to work properly at my work place too.

This is really harrassing and embaracing. Now the level of inconvenience is causing mental trauma. Please provide us with some proper remedy so that such service providers learn a good lesson that the level of service which is expected from such reputed service provider is very high and if they cause inconvenience and harrass cusotmers then they will not be spared.

I hope i get the proper remedy.
