Airtel charged 100 rs from my prepaid number 9963682949 and when i called back they said yes thats there problem and promised that my money will be returned by 12th november (my complain number is -3110707742000) but after that i am not able to contact to there customer care number 121 as everytime i am tring to talk to their executive, they ask me to send a message as AIRTEL at 121, but there also it said URL does not exist...
What is this crap???
Are they going to do anything??
