1. Airtel stopped my Mobile Office service without any prior notice. When i called up customer care on 121 they told that the services are active, then i contacted technical customer care 12118, they told me Mobile Office service is not active. I conferenced the call between 121 and 12118 and they both were confused what to do. My services are not active since Friday 21 Nov. I have also sent email to 121, visited Airtel Relationship Center.
2. After requesting almost 100 times to Airtel through Phone and email I am still charged for DADA service 10 Rs everyday.
Airtel is not even helping me to discontinue with this service.
