I have a airtel no:-9771819158 purchase from deoghar jharkhand but we are not able to attened any phone call on land line (BSNL BASIC PHONE) For your information i am in media so due to conection fault we can't able to attaned some important calls.

So you are requested to treat the matter as an urgent basis
