i am ananda a consumer of airtel in orissa circle having mobile number 9777750765 beg to state that, last night after making a call to a local number beside the call charge a sum of rupees 45/- had been deducted from my account. i contacted with customer care and came to know caller tune service activeted by pressing * button . but i am sure sir i never press any button during that call . repeat i never press any button during that call. automatically that service activated .please solve my problem and return my deducted said amount for which i shall ever grateful to you.
