I live in Byrasandra Bangalore, since past one year I have been complaining Airtel customer care regarding the VERY POOR or NO NW at the said location. I promptly get the ticket no. for the complain but no positive action has been take to resolve the customer complaints. After couple of days, Airtel representative call me to inform that the technical team has checked & resolved the isssue. Surprisingly there is NO IMPROVEMENT at all.
There are more then 500 flats in that area & all Airtel mobile subscribers are facing this issue. If Airtel does not takeup the matter seriously, then we'll be forced to terminate Airtel service & go with TataIndicom as alternate (Signals are good).
