Wrong charged

I'm using 9810907521 mobile number since 28th october as a corporate connection. It is used to expire on every 27th october. I have made payment for one year advance rental of Rs. 1198 last year which has been expired on 27th october.

After that i have received too many calls for renewal payments but i have asked him that i want to convert it in prepaid in place of postpaid.

Then As per rule it has to be disconnected on that day, but they have imposed Rs. 298 plan with this number without get permission with me. This message was received by me from Shakarpur Outlet, where i was gone there for converting the connection as prepaid in place of postpaid.

I have made rest payment on the time and mailed him for this issue, then airtel's representative came to me and asked that your payment has been waived out and issue me another sim of prepaid.

After that this connection has been activated on 03-12-08. but after that i have received too many calls for the payment which was waived off and also received a letter for the payment and suggest me to contact Mr. Sumit SArkar at 9310993262, but sorry to say nobody has received or call me back till date.

As per Airtel's rule no convertion has been made without paying any outstanding, so if i'm wrong then how did it be possible.
