I am pre paid customer of Air Tel mobile service provider, in Punjab. The complaint pertains to mobile number 09878801730. On 17-01 I got a call from customer care centre (919872064412) of the Air tel to inform me about expiry of validity period of my said mobile number (that expires on 18 -01). I was further told to get a recharge of Rs.98/- in order to opt for Life Time validity offer. Accordingly I made a recharge for Rs.98/- on 17-01 at 05:15PM.Tha same was accepted. I was surprised to know that the validity was extended for one month only. Seeing this fraud I contacted the customer care center of the company on the same day i.e 17-01 at 07:22 PM. The customer care executive agreed that the information given to me in the first call might be wrong, but expressed his inability to extend me any kind of help. I ask for the for the refund of the amount or inhance the validity for life time. Contact no. 09888112814
