On 1.10.2008 i got a message from airtel that you have downloaded game fro airtellive and i got charged for rs.30/-.After complaning to airtel they did nothing and everytime says 2 more days.
Again got a message from airtel that you have been charged for STARDUST PACK (which i did'nt applied)
and i got charged for s.10/- again LOOTED by airtel, when i called customer care center they said it has been you who has subcribe it.
AGAIN on 9.12.2008 i got a message if you make recharge of rs.96/- you get lifetime validity and 50/- rs talktime and 50 minutes airtel to airtel free and this was valid till 15.12. I made RECHARGE ON 11.12.2008 I GOT RS.10 BALANCE AND VALIDITY TILL 25 DEC AND FROM 25 DEC MY PHONE IS IN GRACE PERIOD and till now i am complaning from 1ST of jan and no action has taken yet EVEN AFTER GOING TO AIRTEL SHOWROOM.
PLZ SIR, RESOLVE MY PROBLEM I WILL BE VERY GREATFUL TO YOU
