Educe in validity

My self tanuj mittal.i have taken my airtel connection in september.that time i made my number (9729802282) life time.but after 4 months it is showing the validity of an year only.pls made a solution of my comlained.i have also visited to the dealear and shopkeeper but they are not showing any response.
