Connection error for outgoing calls

I am using an maharashtra airtel no (9890032726). for the last 6years in mumbai. But for the last 4 months i am facing a problem regarding outgoing calls and it happens only for one particular no. i have till now complained a 40 times at the customer care centre.but till now it has not yet been solved.
