It was so frustating experience for me from Pune Airtel team. Since December, the tower near my father's res. is not working and he is not able to talk to anybody when he is at home. Due to old age, he is always at home and do not go anywhere normally.
After 2 months by repetative complaints by me no one bothered to even entertain the complaint. I was been told the problem will be solved within 3 working days, but now 2 months have passed, but nothing has happened. All the Airtel customers residing in that area are having same problem and are seriously switchover to Idea / BSNL due to this...
I was really get frustated after getting treatment from such REPUTED TELECOMMUNICATION CO. LIKE AIRTEL.
Airtel authority should check this, I had made atleast 10 calls to customer care centre in 2 months, evrey time I have to repeat my complaint, and sweetspeaking parrots from AIRTEL were telling me " sir you will get feedback in 72 Hrs. from our service dept."
AIRTEL will be losing it's image day by day.
Senior Authority Should Contact me If they have little attention towards there customers.
I think " EVERY CUSTOMER of AIRTEL IS AMBASSADOR OF AITEL ''
