I have been using Airtel fo the past 3 years now. And suddenly now AIRTEL decides to blacklist my number and disconnect it every 2 days. Every 2nd day I end up calling the Customer Care number a minimum of 5 times a day asking for eason of deactivation. Apparently, their system shows that I've not been using my number for 2 months but they keep generating me bills for more than 2K every month.
Every rep has a different story to tell. Rude and non-courteous is what I'd call them. And they've only been taught one canned response - "I'm sorry for the inconvenience." Their systems are never up and running and they are forever facing technical issues.
I am forced to shift to another number and service provider but since I've been using this number for so long, it's a cumbersome process.
