Initially while purchasing the SIM I has submitted my ID and address proof and even the Airtel people had verified it, on 24 Jan I lost the SIM, on 25 I gave an police compliant and too the receipt and went to the Airtel show room and got the SIM blocked at that time they verified my name and address, on 27 I applied for a duplicate SIM and the show room people told it will be activated in a day, as it was not activated on 30 I went to the show room to get the SIM unblock at that time they asked my name and address and when I gave those details they told it wrong, the SIM is in some others name.
