Reactivation of New Sim Card

I, Arpan Das, took a new Sim Card as I lost my old one about 24 hrs ago & is still not activated. I called up customer service 7 times as of now but it made no difference. The supervisor by the name of Manas was supposed to resolve the matter and call back within a Turn Around Time, however he did not bother to do that and never called back. When I have taken the Sim (February 13th at 2.30pm) the store executive at Dum Dum by the name of Subir Halder said that it will be activated within 2 hours and is not done as of now (February 14th at 11am). I spoke with the Retention Manager and tried to make him understand the scenario without much joy.

I firmly believe that Airtel is a fully grown company and does not need any more customers and thus they are least bothered about customer satisfaction.
