Dear Sir/Madam

I have changed my bill plan with effect from November but when I received my December bill, there was old bill plan was mentioned with higher charges. I complaint them and they told me waiver amount over phone. I paid the bill. But in January bill same thing got repeated and again after complaing, they told me waiver amount but I told them I have no calculations as how this amount arrives and I asked them to explain them but they themself told me that they will soon revert but nobody came back to me.

In feburary bill again they sent me wrong bill. And I was offended. I have spoken to their Appeleate offer Mr. Sudhir Pathak also but even he doesn't know the calculated amount.

Plz advise 'How can a company ask to pay certain amount without telling the customer its detail'. I have spent 4 months in fighting with this company and I am really tensed.

I am constantly getting calls and sms from them to pay the bill but nobody is ready to justify me how they are asking me this amount.

I have already paid one month of amount trusting on them that they would have calculated it rightly but now I have lost trust. I cant pay them the random amount that they are asking me!! My bill amount is getting cummulative of 3 months but I cant pay them such a high amount in one go. Nor they justify the amount to me. Plz Help!!
