I am Airtel postpaid customer from mumbai.
It is ironical to state that I made complaints several times
to customer care 121 about the network problem & problem with sms my airtel
connection mob n.-986737012. i think all my requests fell to a deaf ear...
It is mentionworthy here that whenever a complain is lodged with Customer care,
they say that "It is due to System hav internal Problem or remote called problem".
You are therefore, requested to look into the matter and give suitable instructions to the authorities concerned.
