I had lost my airtel sim card on 30th January. I applied & received duplicate sim card from Airtel office in Swaroop Nagar, Kanpur on 5th Feb. The issue is that Airtel people have not been able to activate that sim card since then. Though repeated calls have been made by me in their office, however, no action has been taken by them in this regard. It has already been around 50 days and still the sim is not being activated. Would you plz take this as serious issue and process it, as it has already costed me a lot. The sim card no is: 89915 40808 04773 113 3.
