Fusion lounge Deactivation

This entire month of march and now again in april i have been debited RS.15 at regular intervals and i had to call customer care again and again to get my balance refunded. Every time i called they gave me refund but since at regular intervals my balance is beeing debited by RS.15 i have to call again and again to get it refunded. The Fusion Lounge Service is not getting DEACTIVATED. I want It to be deactivated as soon as possible.
