Gprs not activate but charged

Dear Sir/ Madam,

From Past one week I am trying to activate gprs facility in my cell but 2 vain i have been charged for the same but still it is not activated.to add to my pain i am not able 2 contact customer care from cell it gives a pre recorded msg stating send sms to 121 and ther executives will resolve within 24 hours its been more thank 6 months since i have given complain for the same. I have motorokr E6 hanset and it supports internet access. Airtel service is a pathetic service and customer care ppl are not well trained to even understand the problem and they have a ready answer that v will get back to you in 24 hpurs personally and my name is so n so.. till now nobody have reverted me back with a solution. Infact when ever i call they have put me on hold to retrive details for my account and guess dey are still retiving my account details coz i kept on waiting when my call was on hold and din even bother to to answer my call back again and finally i had to cut the call. Airtel service sucks big time. i dont know updating here how I am gonna get benefited but i just hope atleast you guys will revert me back and help me solve the problem.
