I undersigned it is submitted that I am continuously customer of airtel post paid mobile No. 9906683616, but due to non receipt of any intimation about my pending bills from your airtel office, I could not paid on due time. However I have paid Rs. 3037/- from ID No. 1152847332 and Rs. 1000/- from ID No. 562571761 on 28/04.
You are requested to kindly blocked/surrendered my mobile No. 9906683616 forthwith and if any amount received me in future I am not held responsible for the same.
