BILL PAYMENT NOT CREDITED

I am a customer of AIRTEL post paid mobile service (MOBILE NO 9937522255). I received the bill no 30043420 dated 3rd April for an amount of Rs 626.65. On receiving the bill, I made the payment of Rs 650/- on 13/04 and Rs 80/- on 14/04 at VRIDHI VENTURES Pvt. Ltd., Bhubaneswar, Orissa.

For the last couple of days, I have received frequent SMS and calls regarding non payment of bill for an amount of Rs 646.65. When I enquired with the call centre of AIRTEL, I came to know that, the amount of Rs 650/- which I had paid on 13/04 has not been incorporated.
