Deactivate Subscription

Hi,

I happen to unintentionally activate the subscription of 'Fusion Lounge' on my Airtel mobile service (My No. 9008755658) and I am being charged regularly Rs 15/- per week for that.

I would like to unsubscribe from that service with immediate effect and get informed on the same via SMS on my mobile.
