I am using a AIRTEL postpaid no 98940 28111,
when i came for roaming, i face lot's of problem...
1] i was facing network problem - (even i was in a city range) - i get a message " network can't access".
by the same time how are try to contact me and they get a message " the dialed no is not in use".
2) then i can't view my intermediate bill statement, for that i contact airtel - customer care (compliant no:21525948), they replied me this is a technical problem, we try to rectify two working days, but now 10 days gone, now i contact again, they tell, we can't help you. you can contact Tamil nadu customer care. but still the problem is not salve.
i thought, when ever i was in roaming.. i face like this problem... and they are not help less.
in this bill.. lot of price difference was there,
(contact TN customer care is chargeable ... )
please give me a solution as soon as possible...
