Hi,
I used to get my Airtel PostPaid bill on 12 of every month (sometimes delayed by a day or two) but I did not receive the bill for the month of April. I waited for around a week and then I called Airtel on 121 and they said normally the bill gets generated on 8th of every month but this time it got delayed due to certain reasons and you will get it by 24 - 25th.
I waited till 30th and then I called back 121 and they said our record shows it has been delivered (a lie it was never delivered). And then they made me raise a request for duplicate bill. I did that on the call itself and they said I will get a bill in 2 days time.
Nothing happened I called back on 4th and the same continued they raised another complain and said 2 - 5 days. Nothing happened and I asked them to escalate the issue, the escalation team assured me that a bill will be delivered to me withine 48 hours but again no progress.
Now when I call they do not connect me to the escalation department and keep saying "Trust me sir you will surely get it in 72 hours" If I ask them to connect me to the manager they disconnect the call.
I got the number of Nodal officer from 121 and noone picks the call I counted and tried that number in business hours for 100 times each time it keeps ringing.
Can anyone tell me what should I do? I need hard copy of the bill as I need to claim the same.
Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
