Not providing bill

I am having airtel postpaid connection (9008302340) and subscribe for ebill. But ebill has not been sent to me for last three months. I called customer care for that issue they suggested that bill can also be downloaded from the airtel.in. So I've started doing that but for last month even on website also itemised bill was not available again I called customer care but nothing happened. For every month just to get bill i've to call customer care and even after calling atleast 15 times nothing has been happened yet.
