Unusual balance cutting

Sir,

i m an airtel customer and using airtel prepaid. the company have cut my balance so many times

in the name like junaami numerology, cricket alert, fusion lounge without subscribing any one of

them. when we talk to customer care regarding this then they are taking no response. and

oppositely they are blaming that u have clicked what can i do
