Charging without consumer concern

Today early morning at 02:30 AM, I got an SMS from Airtel stating you have been charged me Rs 30 in lieu of Hello Tune and the Hello Tune has been activated. I had never requested for it and at all not aware of it. I called back to Airtel Customer Care to report it as complaint. At first call, I was able to talk to a customer care executive named Amit. While I was explaining my problem to him, the call got disconnected. When I called back again the option to talk to customer care executive was not available to me anymore.

I don't know what kind of fraud is this going on. Now the only option for me to get the go to customer care office, leaving my own work. The fare to and fro to customer care center will be 20 and pain additional to save just RS 30.

So I need to raise this complain, how can all these things can happen to me
