Hi,
I did a recharge for INR 198/- for which the calling value i got is only INR 98!
When i contacted the customer care, they told me that i should have received INR 187/- instead of INR 98/- and the balance will be transferred within 24 hrs (reference no 0603746911). The balance was not transfered. Later i called them 3 times and got the same response (reference no 060660433). The 4th time when i escalated the matter, it was communicated that there is not INR 198 recharge and only INR 98 will be the talk value. Where does this INR 100 go? Why was the wrong communication made by the customer care?
