Airtel Mobile Surrende

Hi,

I have a complaint against airtel, I wanted to move my number (91-9845621422, as the network that I am using is airtel and that too Postpaid) into surrender stat as I was going out of India for a period of three months, I have a receipt of acknowledgment, the airtel office is at bangalore and the office address is MOBILE SHOPPEE, NO 81 / 2, SREENIDHI COMPLEX, GANDHI BAZAR MAIN ROAD, BASAVANGUDI, BANGALORE - 560004,

till date they havent surrenederd it as my friend had been there and tried to know abt that.
