Weak network

I am residing at mankhurd (eastern suburb) here airtel network is so weak that whenever i have to make a call from my cellphone i have to go outside my house and make a call. Its Ok, but whenever my important incoming call come, the network says that my cellphone is switch off, how pathetic it is, my contacts are very important for me and airtel like giant cellphone company show this irresponsibilities than there will be a one day when i am out of my commission agent job.

So please it is a request from me sir make your service better and dont lose your respective customer.
