Sim registration failed for 40days

I was a airtel postpaid connection holder for more than 18months before i wanted to switch over to postpaid connection as i was moving out of jodhpur for abt 5months, i paid all my outstanding bills till last date n on top of that the additional charges demanded for changeover from postpaid to prepaid... initially i was not provided with a sim of prepaid but when it was given its registeration failed... somehow after wasting 3 days that got activated but after 2 days there were few messages that ur documents need to be submitted at nearest airtel office. so i went to chennai office but they said its a prepaid no of rajasthan u have to contact them to resolve it..the customer care at chennai network also dint lodge my complaint... i called up mr gaurav at 30 different occasions fromy personal std to ratify the problem if any as i was out of town. but he has benn avoiding my calls n not done anything... now the status is that my sim resgistration has failed and i am not able to contact all my contacts of old no (09929639736)... i feel if nothing is done after this mail then i am going to sue the airtel company for all my losses in terms of time, mental peace n inconveneance.
