Dear Sir/Madam,

I hold a number from the service provider Airtel, its a corporate account under the banner - American Express Service Pvt. Ltd. The number is (9871744034)

Since its a corporate Account and I am entitile for a claim against my produced bill, I always asked for a bill which I as a customer should always get in time. I always had an issue regarding my bill sent to my residence. On the contrary I could never claim by bill from my co. since it never comes in time.

I tried following up with them a lot but there seems to be no response from their side. Now since I cant claim my assign amount given to me as claim from the company there were an instance where i was late paying my Airtel bill, and I had to go out of station for some official work. Therefore I called up the customer care service stating no to debarred my services in roming and the payment would be made on 18th April. But after the intimatation also the debarded mt services and I had to face a lot of inconveyances in my official trip.

After I came back I had a discussion with the customer care regarding the payment and they comform that after the payment made the services would be debarded within 2 hours and i clearly conformed if the same is possible through cheque payment. I wrote a cheque of Rs. 6000 and have deposited but after 3 hr when I called to conform the stated that it would take 3 days to get my services activited.

My concern is why is there no transferency in the system and the customer has to pay the price. Therefore i made a stop payment of the cheque. I had to issue a new number which caused a great loss in terms of business and inconyeyance caused.

But now to recover the payment they are calling my father who is a heart patent and using abusive`language and bothering them with calls.

They have also made several calls to my business associates and close relative abusing them and askin personal questions which shouldnt be their concern.

Airtel very well knows my house address and my new number on which they are suppose to contact for payments if any. Therefore I as a customer would like to file a case against BHARTI AIRTEL for creating inconveyance in my personal life, mantal harrasment for my old parents and raising questions towards my reputation.

Would request to look into the matter seriously, because we are customers and have opt for the services provided, if in case the services cant be provided on time and the customer faces problems mantelly and the company tries to recover the money at the cost of the customers reputation its not accepted.
