Sim card is not worked

Dear Sir,

I have life time simcard (jodi card) of airtel with no. 98901 75801. Yesterday I put this sim to my mobile set, but it shows inactive. When I call at your call center, they told that my number is given to another person & my number is cancelled.

I shocked with your this type of irresponsible work because my card was life time, & I paid Rs. 1000/- for it & my balance was about Rs.200/- how you have cancelled & transfer the my life time cared without my permission in those days of where terrorists attacks are happened. I am really suffering from your this type of service, not only financially but also mentally.

My request you to please return my card & number as early as possible with my balance.
