We are one of your valued customer using AIRTEL mobiles & PRI System. We had another series of airtel connections which we opted for disconnection except one number which we wanted to be in individual name. The number is 9958096835.
We have completed all the formalities required for change of name of this number. However from 2nd July you department has disconnected all the numbers starting from 9958096821 to 9958096835 without giving importance of the mail forwared and also the hard copy of the letter given to them.
we never wanted the disconnection of 9958096835.
We called up 121 and went to your counter at Adhchini to but we did not get any positive response from you. Every time they ask us to mail for the same and we get an auto reply. How long should we wait for getting the things corrected which was never requested from you.
Please let us know whom should we approach for this and we also want a reply from you why this phone was disconnected when we have been paying for your service.why we are barred from the service.
