Not attending the custome

Hi!

this is Rajni Gopi a prepaid airtel user recently means on 31st october i have Filled the postpaid connection form from one of the sales executive Name: Kamini her office is located at Parmar trade center. i had filled my form and paid the needed fee also i had taken a plan of Rs.125/- using the same number but i have converted the same number into postpaid but instead of complaining many times to Kamini she has not yet activated my postpaid connection. Is this the way you solve the problem of the customer. Customers are kept on waiting.
